原因是rich，形容词，意思是有钱的，富有的；富含……的，丰富的；非常有趣的，丰富多彩的…

rich.不能修饰money

enough.有形容词性，副词性，还可以做代词，adj. 充足的，足够的pron. 足够，充分adv. 充分地，足够地；相当

n. 足够的（数量）

例Heaven knows they have enough money.

We had saved enough money to buy the house outright.

所以说enough money是正确的

"Enough money" is correct, not rich money. For example: He has enough money to live a pretty comfortable life.

But as for rich money, you can say, "he is rich financially ", or you can say, "he has a lot of money." "Rich in something" Most of the time it means "experience in doning something".
